1990 - Mr. M. Kamar a Business man,
Egyptian, Mr. A. Kamar a business man Egyptian, Mr. Ateeq Al Qubaisi a
business man United Arab of Emirates met together in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E and
decided to start a new investment in Egypt.

1991-H.E. Professor Dr. A. Kamar a Doctor in Egypt introduce Kamar
Nail® and manufactured it in different units in Europe.
1992-The 3 Business men met together in U.A.E and made their mind
to invest in Orthopedics manufacturing unit after they met H.E. Professor
Dr. A. Kamar.
1993-In Egypt they choose the 10th of Ramadan industrial city as a
place for their unit and started the documentation and the buildings in
piece 147 industrial zone B3 in 10th of Ramadan city

1994-The 3 Business men visited Germany, Swiss, UK, Italy, Russia,
Greece and another country for the Know How technology.
1995-The 3 Business men visited Germany, Swiss and Russia again and made
the deal with Swiss. |

1996-The contracts of the Production
lines were signed in Cairo and the raw material was delivered from Swiss
with a capability of around 300000 screws and 30000 plates per year.

1997- The Arrival of the CNC Machines
and the equipment to the factory from Swiss on Feb. 1997 and installation
ended and delivered in July 1997.
1998- The Approval of Professor A. Kamar to join the Arab Markets
with our products and have a share of 10% of the Egypt Market and the
ability of providing the all Egyptian market needs from our products.

1999-The visit of Lafitt s.a. President (Valencia, Spain)
Mr. J. Foriol and Mr. Frank Oliver the international sales

manager to the Factory, and signing the
contract of the cooperation between the two companies in Technical
assistance Q.C., supplying Raw materials and appoints Merry Moon as its
Exclusive distributor in Egypt for the products that not produced by Merry
Moon.
2000- Merry Moon had a 20% of the Egyptian Market for our size of
Products.

Products.
2003- 1st Shipment to Spain 2003 Lafitt s.a. Valencia.
Expecting from 40% to 45% of the Egyptian Market for our size of Products.
